Results

Headline numbers

1-click sync
of products, pricing, inventory, and orders across all major online marketplaces
Up to 3×
reduction in manpower cost for multi-channel order management
Unified inventory
across ERP/SAP, webstore, and brick-and-mortar stores

The challenge

TMT was managing product listings, pricing, inventory, and orders separately across its webstore, physical stores, and multiple online marketplaces — with ERP/SAP and POS systems sitting apart from all of them. Every new listing, price change, or stock update had to be repeated channel by channel, which ate into manpower and left real-time inventory accuracy to chance.

The solution

Bridzia connected TMT's ERP/SAP, webstore, brick-and-mortar stores, and major online marketplaces through WOW Sync, our marketplace integration platform:

  • 1-click product & order sync

product data, pricing, and inventory push out to every connected marketplace from a single update, with orders flowing back in automatically

  • Smart order routing

orders route to the warehouse or the next-best store to fulfil from, rather than defaulting to one fixed location

  • Pooled inventory visibility

available stock across warehouse and store locations is grouped into a single view, maximising what's sellable at any given moment

  • ERP/POS integration

inventory data from ERP/SAP and in-store POS systems feeds into the same sync layer, so every channel reflects the same numbers

The results

Listing and updating products across every major marketplace dropped from a repeated, channel-by-channel task to a single update through WOW Sync. Smart order routing and pooled inventory visibility meant stock sitting in one store or warehouse could fulfil demand from another channel, instead of each location’s inventory being siloed. TMT reported a substantial cut in the manpower cost of running multi-channel order management as a result.
