WOW Sync — One Inventory. Every Channel. Zero Overselling.

Most retailers run their webstore, marketplaces, social commerce, and physical stores as disconnected systems — updating stock in one place while another sells from stale numbers. WOW Sync is Bridzia’s own omnichannel commerce platform, built to connect every sales channel to one source of truth for product, price, inventory, and orders.

Omnichannel Marketplace Sync by Bridzia

Why Bridzia

What sets our work apart

  • Built and owned by Bridzia

this isn’t a third-party plugin we’re reselling; it’s proprietary technology we built, maintain, and continue to develop

  • Already proven at scale

currently used by large retailers in Malaysia, including the omnichannel backbone behind several of our own case studies

  • Deep, not shallow, integration

once your systems are connected through WOW Sync, product, price, inventory, and order data all move automatically — no more manually reconciling numbers across five different dashboards

The problem, and how we solve it

Retailers running multiple channels without a unified system hit the same operational wall: stock updated in one place while another keeps selling from numbers that are already stale, overselling and underselling that only surface after the order is taken, and ERP data sitting apart from the storefront it is supposed to govern. Customer data fragments across marketplaces and social commerce with no single view to build loyalty on, and every channel you add tends to add headcount just to keep listings and stock current by hand. WOW Sync replaces that with one commerce layer — manage product, price, and inventory once, and every connected channel reflects the same numbers.

Capabilities

What we do

  • 1-click product & price sync

manage products, pricing, and promotions once, and push updates to every connected channel simultaneously

  • Centralised order management

every order, regardless of channel, flows into one place instead of separate per-channel dashboards

  • Smart order routing

orders route to the warehouse or the nearest/best-positioned store to fulfil from, rather than a single fixed location

  • Unified inventory across channels

stock levels stay accurate everywhere at once, eliminating the overselling/underselling that comes from disconnected systems

  • O2O (online-to-offline) commerce

Buy Online, Pick-up In Store (BOPIS) and “browse in-store, buy online later” flows, connecting physical and digital shopping instead of treating them as separate businesses

  • ERP/SAP integration

pulls updated inventory data from your ERP and reconciles sales data back, keeping back office and storefront aligned

  • 360° customer view

captures customer data across marketplaces and social commerce, giving you a single view of member behaviour to build loyalty on

  • Cross-border & logistics integration

ready-built connections to major couriers and logistics partners for retailers expanding beyond a single market

  • Social commerce integration

Instagram, Facebook Shop, WhatsApp, and other social channels connected into the same inventory and order system

FAQ

Common questions

Straight answers to what prospective clients ask us most.

WOW Sync is Bridzia’s own platform, built to connect to whichever e-commerce system you’re on — Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, or WooCommerce — rather than being tied to one. If you’re building a new store with us, we typically integrate WOW Sync as part of that build; if you already have a store, we connect it in separately.

Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop are our most common integrations, alongside social commerce channels like Instagram, Facebook Shop, and WhatsApp. We can scope additional marketplace integrations based on where you sell.

Yes — ERP/SAP integration is a core part of WOW Sync, pulling inventory data in and reconciling sales data back, so your back office and storefronts stay aligned without manual double entry.

Yes, along with the reverse flow — browsing in-store and completing the purchase online later — both are core O2O commerce flows WOW Sync is built to support.

By keeping inventory synchronised in real time across every connected channel, so a sale on one channel immediately reflects everywhere else, rather than each channel working off its own separate, delayed stock count.

Yes, WOW Sync includes logistics and courier integrations built for retailers expanding beyond a single market, in addition to local fulfilment.

We run this as a staged integration — connecting and validating one channel at a time against WOW Sync before cutting over, rather than switching everything at once, to avoid disrupting live sales.

WOW Sync consolidates customer data captured across marketplaces and social commerce into a single view, which you can then use for segmentation, loyalty, and personalisation — including feeding directly into our Loyalty CRM and EC Intelligence services if you use them.
